西蘭花去葉,將花球部分切成細件,不要花梗。用水沖洗西蘭花,放入一大鍋鹽水中烹煮
約15分鐘。
用冷水洗米。把香米倒進鹽水中烹煮約12至15分鐘,瀝乾水分,然後放涼。
待米飯放涼後,加入西蘭花,澆上特級初榨橄欖油,並鋪上已事先切成四分一片的
Salamini Italiani alla Cacciatora PDO(意大利佳詩雅托樂薩拉米香腸PDO)。
將米飯分放在4個碟上,用刨絲器刨出呈螺旋狀的檸檬皮作擺盤裝飾。
