小扁豆配 Cotechino Modena PGI (摩德納哥齊諾香腸 PGI)

製法:

用沸水煮熟Cotechino Modena PGI (摩德納哥齊諾香腸 PGI )。
在煮Cotechino Modena PGI (摩德納哥齊諾香腸 PGI )的同時,將小扁豆、西芹梗和半個
洋蔥放入鹽水中煮熟。煮熟後瀝乾水分,將西芹梗和洋蔥取走。
在平底鍋下油煎煮剩下的半個洋蔥和煙肉。
倒入小扁豆和2大湯匙蔬菜清湯。用文火炆至水份完全收乾。
將Cotechino Modena PGI (摩德納哥齊諾香腸 PGI ) (摩德納贊波尼香腸 PGI)切成片。
小扁豆趁熱上碟,最後鋪上已切片的Cotechino Modena PGI (摩德納哥齊諾香腸 PGI )。

• 500克小扁豆
• 50克剁碎的意大利潘切塔煙肉
• 200毫升蔬菜清湯
• 1個洋蔥
• 2根西芹梗
• 2湯匙橄欖油
• 鹽
