製法:

花生用白鑊(不落油)炒香轉微黃。

燒熱油鑊,用中大火爆香蒜蓉和乾蔥蓉; 加汁料, 拌勻, 放煮好烏冬及摩德納贊波尼香腸 PGI, 灑下花生碎, 即成。趁熱享用。
