Ligurian Sandwich with Salamini Italiani Alla Cacciatora PDO

Method:

• Spread a thin layer of pesto on a slice of bread.

• Slice the Salamino Italiano alla Cacciatora PDO and the tomato.

• Place both the Salamino Italiano alla Cacciatora PDO slices and the tomato slices on top of the bread and spread another generous helping of sauce on top of them. Place another slice of bread on top to close the sandwich.
